The Lame Fairy
Most of the fairies I can come up with off the top of my head are pretty rockin characters. The toothfairy is pretty cool, she collects teeth, and is kind enough to leave a monetary donation sometimes. What kind of tooth-inspired plan for world domination she has, I’m not sure, but she used to leave me money, so she’s pretty cool.
The laundry fairy never shows up at my house, unfortunately, but I’m sure someday, when she does, and all my clothes are miraculously clean, that will be pretty awesome. The Neopet’s Faeries are pretty rad too, they give you items and quests and all sorts of fun stuff. When I was younger and played Neopets, I always thought they were pretty badass.
Today at work I decided upon another fairy that must exist: the trash bag fairy.
Who puts the empty bags in the bottom of the trash can, under the current liner? I never do, and nobody I can come up with does either. Every time I would even think about putting one in, the in use liner is in the way. And when I’m emptying the trash, there is always a bag waiting for me, so why would I add more?
How lame a title would that be though, really? “Garbage Bag Fairy”? I’d rather collect teeth.
